Hey everyone! 

Recently, Winnie the Pooh entered the public domain and Auri & I had a wonderful brainstorming session about expanding the world of Project: Day Breaker. While this game is currently undergoing itchfunding, we wanted to run a soft expansion for the game featuring the ever adorable yellow bear. How, you ask? 

What if Winnie the Pooh was an eldritch horror? 

The starship loses trajectory with Dracula also on board, but now, the ancient vampire becomes an uncertain ally as you face against the stuffed bear terror across the Hundred Light-Year Nebula. 

What about the other characters from Winnie the Pooh? Well some of them might make an appearance, except for Tigger, he still belongs to Disney. 

Has this game just become a place where I shove random public domain icons into a game? Possibly, but this game was built on memes and certain tropes, so it has room to invite other forms of campiness while also taking on a slightly darker tone. 

So how are we going to fund this possible expansion? Well, I've decided to front most of the cost, but if we can at least achieve the first $500 goal, it will immensely help me in my confidence for this game. That said, it might be some time before you see this soft expansion, but I hope to share updates on my Patreon when I do.
